v-GO SSO Provisioning Manager (v-GO PM) is the first product that enables system administrators to directly distribute user credentials — usernames and passwords — to an Enterprise Single Sign-On solution. This is called Zero-Touch credential provisioning because end users never need to know or touch their credentials.

When provisioning a new user on a network, Provisioning Manager can inject the user's credentials directly into their v-GO SSO account so the user does not have to type them into v-GO SSO. Whenever a password has to be reset, the administrator can update v-GO SSO ( Single Sign-On solution ) simultaneously to prevent the application from falling out of sync with v-GO SSO. When a user's access to an application is terminated, the administrator can use v-GO PM ( Provisioning Manager ) to quickly remove the corresponding credentials from the user's v-GO SSO account. And when a user leaves the company, all credentials can be instantly deleted.

All of these operations can be automatically initiated and controlled by industry leading provisioning systems, such as IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager, BMC Control-SA and Thor Xcellerate. v-GO PM ( Provisioning Manager ) provides an open interface to integrate with other industry or internally developed provisioning systems and an interactive interface for administrators to manually provision credentials.
